1) Courses with a high level of technical content. These courses are relevant to experienced staff who need an update or refresher course and also to those about to sit an Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) exam in one of those modules most likely to be relevant to your business.
2) Introductory courses in ISA or CTF administration covering all aspects of the Guidance Notes.
3) Courses in client money or powers of attorney.
