Peter Shipp
Having been actively involved with TISA’s predecessor (PEPMA) as a member, Peter joined the staff of the organisation in June 1995 to establish and develop technical help services and training.

Peter is co-author, with TISA’s Deputy Chairman Clive Shelton, of the SII learning manual for the ISA and CTF Administration module of the Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ), previously known as the “Merit Award”.

Peter continues to concentrate on tax incentivised savings schemes such as ISAs & CTFs, regularly delivering workshops and training courses up and down the country.

 
David Beaston
Since joining TISA (PIMA as was) in April 2004, Dave has run various training courses: the Introduction to ISA/PEP Administration and individual ISA/PEP workshops including those on ISA Qualifying Investments and Transfers. He has also run courses on the FSA Regulatory Environment and an Introduction to Securities & Investments for delegates sitting modules for Securities & Investment Institute exams. Dave also works as part of the TISA technical team.

Prior to joining TISA, Dave worked in a compliance role for the CIS Ltd and prior to that spent several years in a regulated sales role. He now has approximately eleven years experience in the financial services industry. Dave is also a qualified teacher and has a BA in Business Management from the University of Sunderland.
 
Lindsey Reed
Lindsey has 25 yrs experience in the industry, including over 12 years within 3rd party Retail Administration.

She has worked with a number of the major PEP/ISA Plan Managers in a Project, Business Change and Operational Management capacity within BNP Paribas (formerly Cogent and Henderson).

 
Mark Seaman
Mark is an experienced practitioner with over 20 years experience in the industry.
