Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to the event TISA will refund your fee, less an administration charge of £15 (incl.VAT). If you cancel with less notice, your fee will not be refunded. TISA will accept a transfer of a booking to another representative of the same organization without charge.
In house training courses
If you re-schedule the training event there will be no charge. If you cancel the booking out-right (more than 14 days ahead of the agreed dates) then any fee paid would be refunded less an administration charge of £200. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, your fee will not be refunded.
